• $25 for each 15 minutes​

Please Note:

• We are only in network with traditional Medicare Part B, and out of network for those with other insurance plans (including Medicare Advantage Plans).

• For those without traditional Medicare B, you would pay the private pay rate listed above, and we can submit the claim to your insurance for you as a convenience. That way the charges go toward your OON benefits. Depending on your plan, you may receive reimbursement from your insurance provider, but this is not guaranteed.
