About Neuro-Focused Fitness

Research Shows that Exercise is Vital for improving and maintaining mobility in those with neurological injuries (like Strokes) and neurodegenerative conditions (such as Parkinson's Disease).

 

Independent exercise can be scary, especially if you have balance concerns, or have not done a lot of fitness in the past. I offer one on one, small group, and group exercise training virtually, and in person, using high intensity functional training to improve strength and balance work and facilitate neuroplasticity. 

 

Who is this for?

  • People who have recently been discharged from Physical Therapy who want the guidance and accountability of a PT to continue their fitness journey

  • People with neurological conditions who want a "trainer" who understands their condition

  • Couples or groups of friends who want to exercise together and continue to be active and strong as they age

What is it like?
